Introducing RAEMUS Rover Racing
From its humble beginnings as a combined RAEME trade training project / race team in 1972, RAEMUS Rover today is Australia's only dedicated adrenaline therapy programme addressing the need of today veterans.
With decades of military and offroad racing experience within our team, RAEMUS Rover Racing has the unique ability to understand our participants better through our shared experiences and backgrounds.
With the support of our members and volunteers, RAEMUS Rover Racing conducts 'Veterans Weekends' at our dedicated track located in the Ipswich Motorsport Precinct and 'Programme Weekends' at various locations across Queensland.
Particpants start in the navigator's seat, where they learn the skills required to master some of Australia's most challenging off-road racing course.
Many new members have gone on to race in some of Australia's biggest events.
For those who don't want to get behind the wheel, there is always something to learn and contribute to the successful running of an event, both on and off the course.
Fun, fast, exciting and thrilling - 4 words that we commonly hear at the end of each day.
Many of the guys and girls arrive at the track with quite grin on their face and not sure of what the day is going to do for them.
Our program has been designed to create an experience that enables the participant to start trusting themselves in a very unique way.
Our highly trained and experienced drivers will spend the day working on and off the track with the aim to have the participant navigate at high speed through the tight and precarious bends, turns and corners of our off-road track.
